Designer jeweller Nicola Sharpley is based in Buxton. She enjoys working with silver, creating ear wires, bangles, circles and hammered shapes. Favourite items are earrings made from hand-made melted silver pebbles and a recent addition of a silver charm depicting ‘Solomon’s Temple’ inspired by the local Buxton landmark.
The Temple charms or pendants can be hung from hallmarked silver chains. Nicola is registered with the Sheffield Assay Office.
Always experimenting, Nicola enjoys hammering and shaping metal, watching shapes and textures unfold. She occasionally adds copper and glass or semi-precious stones to enhance her creations.
Nicola welcomes commissions. In fact her favourite words are ‘Can you make me….?’ She enjoys creating jewellery and making it personal for the recipient. Please get in touch, there’s no obligation to buy if not completely satisfied.
