Based in the heart of the Peak District, Sandra Orme’s remarkable pastel paintings of land, sky and sea, reflect the intense hues and tones of not only the rugged moors surrounding her studio, but also the dramatic British coasts to which she is a frequent visitor.
Inspired by seasonal colours, ever-changing light and the atmosphere of the landscapes through which she walks, Sandra’s award winning expressive work evokes a strong sense of time and place.
